Hi I’m Kelly. I am continually learning, researching and studying the art of storytelling.  I am currently pursuing a journalism degree and minor in non-profit studies at Kent State University. I received an Associate of Science degree in photography from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2003 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Youngstown State University in 2007, also in photography.  The day after graduation I moved to New York City to become a professional photographer, which lasted three months. I worked in the health insurance industry more than 11 years and returned back to school January 2020.
