How to fill out my customer art inquiry form
Do you want to hang some personalized art on your walls or gift a keepsake to a love one? I’m going to walk you through my customer art inquiry form so you can finally get that cherished art you’ve been dreaming of.
There are three different types of art I make - wood signs, paintings and drawings.
First, fill out your name, email, phone number (optional).
Next, click on the type of art you want under “What services are you interested in?” - wood sign, painting or drawing. Whichever category you click on, customized fields will appear.
Let’s start with a WOOD SIGN.
Under “Please select size,” you can choose from a 16x18 inch monogram, which is a fancy way of saying initial or last name (below left). The second option is a 16x36 inch custom quote (below center). The third option is a 9x50 inch porch leaner (below right).
Under “Please provide details,” tell me the colors you want and words/names/dates you want on your sign. If you want a customized size, tell me that here.
Let me know what your budget is in the next field. I will try my best to make a piece that you love that reflects your budget.
I’d also love to know how you found about me so please let me know under “How did you hear about me?”
Under the “Message” box, tell me when you want the art and any other details for the art that might help me. If you have another size and customized wood sign in mind, I’d love to see if I can make your vision to come to life. Just include as much detail as possible in the message box including what it is and colors. We can talk through this more too, but this will help us get started.
Lastly, attach reference photos.
Next option is a customized PAINTING.
Pet, house and business portraits are my most popular requests.
Here are some examples:
You have the choice between a painting on acrylic paper or on canvas so under “Please select type” choose which material you want.
Next, “Select a size” - 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14.
Under “Please provide details,” tell me the colors or anything else that customizes your piece including a custom size if you want a different size than what’s offered.

Here is some other acrylic painting work I’ve created:
The last option for a customize piece of art is a DRAWING.
You can choose between a pencil drawing or a water-base marker drawing under “Please select type.” I added a few examples of those below. (Pencil - left, water-base marker - right)
Next, “Select a size” - 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14.

Then hit send and submit. I’ll respond within 48 hours letting you know that I can make your request or if I have further questions. Plus, I’ll provide a cost and a timeframe. Next, you’ll pay a 50% deposit. Then, I’ll sketch out the art and send a proof of design to you for approval. Once you approve it, I’ll get to work. The rest of the money will be due before I give you the artwork.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.
I can’t wait to create for you!
